How many different ways can I say Compassion?

Anything honestly reflected through the soul comes out with compassion compassion compassion, with a dash of patience. Hold each other and look into each other's eyes with love. Know when to be firm. Continue caring even when things may seem hopeless.

Dissent is what protects Democracy.
We need political parties where people can express themselves and have their minority ideas represented. We need voters to emerge who feel represented. There can be no elitist politicians...

We must have transparency and a complete end to war.
We need a world forum for discussing issues and a court for those to be tried for war crimes...the Busches, Donald Rumsfeld, McNamara, Nixon, Reagan, Kissinger, etc.

Are we fed up with a corporatist society, a war machine, racism, destruction of our farmers, a surveillance society.

Out with the old guard, in with the new ...

God please give me the strength to deal with manic people

Victoria keeps calling me when there is only a limited time in my life to help her. I know she is lonely lonely lonely. It must be hard in that hospital but at least they can help her. I have little time, but I will go see her tonight...

Spread love to all those in need, we can never turn our backs even for a moment to the truly needy...as we have all been there ourselves.
